Cintegra.
Sorry about the late post, I forgot my iPod at home yesterday and that's where I have all the pictures. Anyways, so this one is actually a car that was owned by a guy I used to work with. He brought in pictures one day and we laughed at him for a long time. Then we all calmed down for about five minutes but then it was still too much so we started laughing at him again. Because that's what friends do. Anyways, this one's called Cintegra because it's a Civic Hatchback with an Integra front end grafted onto it. But you would have never known about that if I hadn't have told you. The second picture is an "inprogress" shot where the front end isn't as smooth and the all important rear aluminum spoiler isn't attached yet. I also really like the interior and engine compartment pics. It's all about the details, remember that. Anyway, we gotta figure out what we're doing for the next two weeks because August is going to be another specialty month devoted to a specific car model. Just to let you know. Peace.
Red Hot.
I'm kinda shocked we haven't run this one yet, because it's a classic in the making. I was looking through the archives (which are becoming smaller and smaller with each passing week; basically what we're saying here is you need to help us out because we're lazy, so send in those submissions) and noticed that this one hadn't been spotlighted yet, so this was the week. I believe it was taken in the South Bay area in SoCal and this is personally one of our favorites. The flames, the two different kinds of rims, the useless spoiler, the clear taillights, this one's got it all. And we love it.
Shoe Car.
Yes, this is a car made to look like a shoe, you are not on acid. We've seen a couple of these things around a few different places, and we finally got some pictures this time. I love the shoelace detail, it's all about the details. I wonder what it would be like to drive this thing; I wonder how it handles? Anyways, I mean, it's a car that looks like a freakin' shoe, what else do I need to say over here? 'Cause I got nothing else...
